Installation instructions for ferrule joints

When installing the stainless steel fittings, it is necessary to clean the inside and outside of the connection port connected with the ferrule joint. The port must be polished and smooth, and the surface must be free of burrs and uneven surfaces. Moreover, the embedding part of the nozzle and the ferrule joint should not be bent, otherwise it will cause leakage at the joint between the ferrule joint and the steel pipe. The steel pipes at both ends of the connected ferrule joint should be of uniform material, which can effectively prevent leakage.

After the steel pipe is inserted into the ferrule joint body, the force of tightening the ferrule should not be too large. The ferrule should be tightened to the end of the thread or 2/3 of the thread step by step, and the ferrule can be tightened with a wrench.
