The later operation of stamping elbow profession needs to be careful. Now some stamping elbow enterprises tend to merger and acquisition of "Lalang Matching" stamping elbow enterprises. Although some stamping elbow enterprises have been implemented, there are not many successful ones. Even if they have been successfully annexed and reorganized, they still need long-term running-in and dealing with many problems. For example, the problems of staffing, blending between punch elbow manufacturers and the management of punch elbow manufacturers. Therefore, in the later stage of enterprise restructuring or transformation, rational consideration is needed and prudent operation is required.

Stamping elbow is resistant to weak corrosive media such as air, steam and water and chemical corrosive media such as acid, alkali and salt. Also known as stainless acid-resistant steel. In practice, steel resistant to weak corrosion medium is often called stainless steel stamping elbow, while steel resistant to chemical corrosion medium is called acid-resistant steel. Because of the difference in chemical composition, the former is not necessarily resistant to chemical corrosion, while the latter is generally stainless.

The chromium-containing stamping elbow also integrates mechanical strength and high extensibility. It is easy to process and manufacture parts, and can satisfy the needs of architects and structural designers. All metals react with oxygen in the atmosphere and form oxide films on the surface. Unfortunately, the continuous oxidation of iron oxide on general carbon steel enlarges the corrosion and eventually forms holes. Carbon steel can be electroplated with paint or oxidation-resistant metals (e.g., zinc, nickel and chromium) to ensure its appearance, but as is known, this maintenance is only a thin film.

Stamping elbow has certain corrosion resistance (oxidizing acid, organic acid, cavitation), heat resistance and wear resistance. Usually used for power plant, chemical industry, petroleum and other equipment information. The weldability of stamping elbow is poor. Attention should be paid to welding technology, heat treatment conditions and selection of suitable electrodes. The corrosion resistance of stamping elbows depends on the alloy elements contained in the steel. Chromium is the basic element for stainless steel stamping elbow to achieve corrosion resistance. When the content of chromium in steel reaches about 1.2%, chromium and oxygen effect in corrosive medium form a thin oxide film (self-passivation film) on the surface of steel, which can prevent further corrosion of steel matrix.
